  1. Q: How do you provide technical support if I need answers?
    A: Rich will provide up to a half hour of support gratis;
    after that, support will be provided at a rate of $0.25 per minute.

  2. Q: In the databases, do I have to fill in all of the fields?
    A: No; you only fill in as much as you need.

  3. Q: Do I have to have some software to use StrongWare?
    A: Yes, StrongWare is designed to work with your software.

  4. Q: How much of the StrongWare do I get when I order it?
    A: You get all of the StrongForm templates as packages for database, spreadsheet, and word processor.

  5. Q: What do I get for a license?
    A: Licenses are for technical support and the right to make copies of StrongWare for licensed Users. You should identify Users by name so that support can be provided.

  6. Q: Who qualifies for "non-profit"?
    A: Organizations approved as such by the IRS and government organizations.

  7. Q: I'm not sure what the big spreadsheets look like. Is there any way to get a demo copy?
    A: You can request a FAX of a particular spreadsheet printout ( some are multiple pages ).

  8. Q: Most of the database forms provide space for only 72 characters;
    I like to write more. Is there a way to enter more text?
    A: Your forms have a field to enter a filename for a textfile where
    you can print a report to your word processor, then elaborate as much as you care to.
    You can use the report forms with suffix "X" to print to file wheere you can add text.
    Microsoft users can print to Word .rtf files, add test, and save as *.doc.
