Bleshing Me

Leaving troubles that confound,

Drifting, ...drowsy, ...deeper down,

Away from my Outer Self,

Aware of my Inner Self.

Letting go for meditation,

Restful, refreshing relaxation...

Mind and body now unwound...

Drifting, ...drowsy, ...deeper down,

Away from my Outer Self,

Aware of my Inner Self.

Quiet and calm, warm and cozy.

Loose and limp and very lazy...

Setting carefully my ground,

And protection to surround,

Drifting, ...drowsy, ...deeper down,

Away from my Outer Self,

Aware of my Inner Self.

Sleepy, ...serene, ...safe and secure,

Pleasant, ...peaceful, ...placid and pure.

Opening mind's eye now to see,

Becoming MySelf, my Inner Me,

Caressing and mending and meshing,

Blessing and blending and bleshing,

Red and orange, yellow and green,

Blue and azure-violet seen...

Painless peeling,

Friendly feeling,

Harmony healing

Contemplation of Self-completion.

Rising from the contemplation,

Spirit renewed from meditation

Tres'ring in my mem'ry's eye

All the thoughts and feelings I

have known in bleshing me,

Away with my Inner Self

Now in my Outer Self

Awake in One Self.
